研究方向简介:低维量子系统是研究光子或电子作为信息和能量载体的光子行为及其应用的科学,主要在纳米结构半导体材料中的非线性光学特性、光存储技术、光电子技术等方面开展研究工作,与光电子物理及器件密切结合。
研究内容:低维量子系统中的电子声子效应、拉曼光谱、光学极化率及光学双稳态;激子(exciton)效应的拉曼光学及非线性光学效应研究;碳纳米管(Carbon nanotube)的光电性质。
